Pre-Orders
All pre-orders require an advance deposit of at least 25% of the item’s total price to proceed with the order.

Perfuzone – Return & Refund Policy

At Perfuzone, your satisfaction matters to us.
If your order does not meet expectations, we are happy to assist under the following clear and fair conditions:

1. Return Eligibility (New Perfume Bottles Only)
Returns are accepted within 1 day of receiving your shipment. In the case of receiving a faulted item. (Seal broken- Leaking- Atomizer not working)
A return processing fee of 120 EGP will be deducted from the refund amount in all return cases.
Perfumes must be unused, unopened (sealed), and in original condition, including the original packaging, brand box, accessories, and documentation.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Decants, Samples & Cosmetics)
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
The product has been opened, used, or unsealed after delivery.
The return request is made after 1 day of receiving the order.
Minor dents, scratches, or marks on the outer shipping box that do not affect the product itself.
Cosmetics, skincare, and perfumes that have been opened or tested, due to hygiene reasons.

3. Delivery Inspection Requirement
To ensure fairness for both parties:
The unboxing must be recorded on video at the moment of opening.
⚠️ Any claims submitted without valid video proof will not be accepted.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect:
Please report the issue on the same day of delivery.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories.
Once inspected and approved, you may choose either a replacement or a refund.

5. Refund Process
Refunds are issued only after the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection.
Inspection and processing may take 2–7 working days.
Approved refunds will be processed via digital transfer or the original payment method.

6. Additional Notes
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Any item returned in violation of this policy will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Perfuzone reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
